WHO IS better? Both of them are trying to outdo the other and in the process seem to start nothing less than a fight.

Two tigers cannot stay in the same jungle. This idiom seems to be very much true in case of Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan. They may have respect for other person’s achievements but they mostly try to degrade each other. Now with SRK’s Rab ne.. being released and Aamir’s Ghajini is on the verge of release, again the bitterness between the two Khans started.

A few days ago, Aamir pulled SRK down by naming his dog Shah Rukh while SRK utilizes award functions to mock Aamir. Recently, during the promotion of Ghajini SRK declared himself the biggest brand in India and other stars try to exploit it to promote their works.

Aamir was quick to retaliate this saying "In the past 20 years, SRK spoke only about himself and nothing else." Also when asked why he and SRK never worked together, Aamir remarked, "SRK is scared of sharing screen with me."

This clash did not start recently

This was right from the mid 90’s when Aamir declared all the award functions as bogus and commercial after Shah Rukh won award for DDLJ and Aamir missed for Rangeela. After that when the term King Khan, Badshah were coined for SRK and he seemed to be taking them seriously Aamir remarked, "SRK is King Khan and I am the Ace Khan, SRK is Badshah and I am the Ikka."

So now it has become really difficult to choose who is better. But one thing is sure both of them are great and class apart. If Aamir stands for versatile acting, then Shah Rukh stands for stardom. Aamir gave many priceless films like Lagaan, Dil Chahta Hai, Rang de basanti and Taare zameen par which were great in quality. On the other hand SRK made many mediocre films like Veer Zaara, Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti Om great hits which would have surely flopped under any other actor. So professionally it is not fair to compare them. However, in the meantime we can surely enjoy their off screen fights.

Shahrukh is licking my feet and I am feeding him biscuits: Aamir

After Amitabh Bachchan’s blog created a controversy with his remarks on veteran actor and MP Shatrughan Sinha, the latest actor to catch eyeballs is actor Aamir Khan, who talks about his pet dog Shahrukh and how he was named in his latest blogpost (http://www.aamirkhan.com/blog.htm).

The blog entry seems to be made yesterday when Aamir Khan was in Panchgani with his family on a vacation. But what’s worth noticing is the way Aamir starts his blog piece. He says,”Shahrukh is licking my feet and I am feeding him biscuits every now and then. What more can I ask for?”

The star then goes on to talk about the dog and how he had no hand in naming him. In Aamir’s own words: “Now, before you jump to any conclusions let me add that Shahrukh is the name of our dog. And before you jump to any further conclusions let me add that I had nothing to do with naming him. In fact Shahrukh is the dog of the caretakers of our house. When I bought this house it came with the caretakers and their dog! Apparently Shahrukh (the actor) was shooting for a commercial in this house a few years ago, and that very day the caretakers bought a pup…, and named him Shahrukh. What are the chances of me buying a house which comes with a dog called Shahrukh!!! ”

He further goes on to say in the end of his blogpost: “Well Shahrukh is once again begging for my attention, so let me get back to him. He is smelling too much, I think he needs a bath. “Heel boy, heel.”

This is not the first time that Aamir has taken a shot at actor Shahrukh Khan. A few months back the actor had made headline with his quote “”I would like to ask Shahrukh how it feels to be No 2.”

What one waits to see is the reaction of King Khan when he comes to know of this.
